In this position, you will play a crucial role in advancing our software quality assurance lifecycle by working closely with the development teams to formulate test strategies and craft both automated and manual tests to ensure our releases uphold the highest criteria. Additionally, your skills will be vital in maintaining our Continuous Integration (CI) processes and resolving system problems. The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with our Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and implement a portfolio of IT system capital initiatives. This IT group oversees each project from its inception to deployment, offering essential IT support needed to either improve existing systems, develop or upgrade interfaces, design, test, and launch new applications.
