About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks across complex enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead automation initiatives that ensure product quality at scale.

Requirements

• Expert in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Candidates must be eligible for new H-1B filing OPT, STEM OPT, CPT (with required experience), H-1B transfer, EAD, GC, and USC candidates may apply
• All filings will be handled as per USCIS and DOL compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance).
• Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for QA teams.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Create robust automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure high coverage across microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
• Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven testing approaches.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality in every stage.
• Champion shift-left testing practices and promote test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
