This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. U.S. Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with demonstrated project management and process improvement experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Participates in the quality assurance process following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Recognizes and identifies areas where quality assurance policies and procedures need to be changed or developed and documents those standards. Conducts project reviews and complex process audits and assists in major audits/reviews of projects and subcontractors. Ensures deliverables meet audit criteria. Interfaces with clients to ensure that systems are developed which meet their business need and specifications. Evaluates and reviews products and processes. Provides status reporting to Quality Assurance and site management and involves senior management, as needed, to resolve deficiencies or compliance issues in a timely manner. Communicates and endorses strict adherence to methodologies, processes, and standards and monitors adherence on an ongoing basis. Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Maintains contact with customers, when required, to ensure project quality expectations are understood and met. Reviews status of quality assurance initiatives and collaborates with other IT managers to ensure quality objectives are being attained. Oversees multiple quality assurance projects which include development, installation, and maintenance. Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Develops, publishes, and implements test plans to ensure quality applications and writes, maintains, and automates software testing. Senior level QA Analysts may manage a small staff of employees and schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule, quality, scope, and cost objectives, as well as direct, motivate, and develop staff as a team.

  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for browser-based applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and support testing efforts.
  • Identify and Document defects clearly and track them through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least four years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to quality standards associated with developing, enhancing and operationalizing application systems and databases
  • Experience in testing web services, web UI, APIs, and agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote) as part of a geographically distributed team.
  • Understanding of manual quality assurance testing
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test support
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve efficiency in quality assurance tasks.
