Responsibilities: Work with a small team of individuals to proactively find bugs, issues and exploits in the live game. Coordinate between customer support, community and development teams to analyze, verify and act on bugs, issues and exploits reported by players. Identify issues during development and write clear and concise steps and descriptions to reproduce. Collaborate effectively with various teams including QA, Production, Art, and Design to investigate problems. Requirements: Deep knowledge and passion for ARK Proficiency using live game admin commands effectively to carry out tasks. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience testing on console platforms. Pluses: Minimum of 1 year cumulative paid game development experience as a QA Analyst or Game Moderator. Experience with Bug Reporting software such as Jira, or knowledge of QA Workflow. Experience working with Unreal Engine 5. Any shipped title credited as QA Analyst/Game Moderator/Community Support/Customer Service.
