Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today! The QA Analyst is responsible for end to end testing activities for IT projects.

Requirements

Oral Expression : The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
Written Expression: The ability to communicate job information so technician will understand the requirements.
Oral Comprehension: The ability to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not only involve recognizing there is a problem but also solving it.
Deductive Reasoning: The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare all documentation for test strategy, test plans, test estimates, test cases and test scripts.
Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans.
Perform the integration and system testing activities
Manage working relationship between QA team, the development team, the QA environment team and the business partners.
Deliver planning, execution, and reporting for program testing activities.
Work with extended team to resolve quality issues.
Execute application test cases and issue remediation tasks.
Create and maintain application documentation, context and flow diagrams, data model diagrams, triage and resolution steps, and technical manuals.
Work with the Business analyst and development teams’ group to assist in creating test scenarios, and application verification.
Assist with application transition to UAT and 1st / 2nd level support organizations.
