Opportunity The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring product quality, reliability, and consistency across the Boom platform. This role owns manual and exploratory testing, bug identification, and quality verification across web, mobile, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on customer impact, edge case coverage, and release readiness. At Boom, quality directly affects property manager trust and renter experience. A payment that fails, a report that breaks, or a workflow that confuses users can erode confidence fast. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success to catch issues before they reach customers, document clear reproduction steps, and advocate for fixes that matter most. This is a hands-on testing role for someone who enjoys breaking things to make them better and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Austin, TX.
