Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We’re passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home decor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces. We are seeking a new member to join our Engineering team as a QA Analyst. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing? As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our development team. This role will be embedded within our engineering group and play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our websites and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills, a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (especially Shopify), and an interest in building automated testing capabilities over time.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in an eCommerce environment
Strong manual testing skills with high attention to detail and process
Familiarity with Shopify, including storefront behavior and app ecosystem
Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing across websites, integrations, and new features to identify bugs and usability issues
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing protocols
Document and communicate defects clearly to developers and stakeholders
Ensure consistent quality across multiple brands and platforms
Evaluate tools and frameworks for automated testing
Build and maintain automated test scripts as the QA function evolves
Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Support business owners through user acceptance testing (UAT), providing guidance and structure
Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure QA coverage and continuous improvement
Apply knowledge of Shopify to validate storefront functionality, checkout flows, and app integrations
Test third-party integrations including ERP systems, product content tools, and marketing platforms
