Role Summary The QA Analyst – Integration ensures end-to-end quality across the modernized ATRRS system by validating interactions between Java-based backend services and the existing .NET web interface. This role combines hands-on testing with automated test development to ensure that integrated workflows perform consistently, reliably, and in alignment with legacy system behavior. The QA Analyst – Integration plays a critical role in identifying defects early, improving test coverage, and supporting high-confidence releases within a mission-critical enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret
  • Location: Remote
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Years of Experience: 6-8 years in software testing with 3+ years in testing enterprise applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain integration test plans covering Java services, .NET web components, and database interactions
  • Design and develop automated tests for .NET web interfaces, including UI-level and service-level validation
  • Execute end-to-end workflow testing across integrated system components
  • Validate that modernized functionality aligns with legacy ATRRS behavior and business rules
  • Identify, document, and track integration defects through resolution
  • Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure no unintended impacts
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA automation engineers during test cycles
  • Support test data preparation and environment coordination
  • Produce clear test documentation, defect reports, and status updates
