About The Position

As a QA Analyst Contractor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Smarkets and BetSBK platforms as we launch and grow in Indiana. Your mission is to rigorously test key user journeys to identify bugs, usability issues, and friction points, provide detailed, actionable feedback to help take our product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging user experience that supports strong customer retention and revenue growth in the Indiana market.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in Indiana for testing geolocation compliance.
• No existing Smarkets/SBK account.
• Familiarity with U.S. sports betting regulations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with QA testing experience for web and mobile platforms (gaming or betting a plus).
• Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills.
• Comfortable participating in remote live walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps.
• Test core customer journeys: Landing → Sign-up, Sign-up → Login, Promo Opt-in → Deposit, Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal, Customer Support & KYC Flows.
• Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings (where applicable).
• Join live testing sessions with the Product team.
• Provide a full QA report in English, including usability feedback, bug reports, and improvement recommendations.
• Verify fixes and validate product readiness.
