Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and review business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java-based frameworks for UI and API validation. Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems. Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including demos and walkthroughs. Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, validate backend data using SQL, and ensure compliance with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications. Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs. Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices. Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.
