About The Position

The Quality Assurance and Quality Control Admin will support the maintenance and ongoing development of the quality management system to ensure products and services meet customer requirements and exceed expectations. They will work to support the overall QAQC team and manage the digital documentation to ensure it meets the expectations of the project and project team.

Requirements

  • 2 years Construction Administration experience
  • Experience working with CX Alloy
  • General knowledge of standard Document Control procedures
  • Must be able to multitask, adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • Must be well organized
  • Must work well with owners, tradespeople, subcontractors and team members
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, office 365, MS Team, etc.)
  • Must have working knowledge and competency in Field Management Software (Hexagon Smart Completions, Procore, Smartsheet, ELAS, etc.)
  • Must be able to climb stairs: Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work in confined spaces
  • Must be able to safely operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work in proximity to loud equipment more than 75% of the time
  • Must be able to wear hearing protection as necessary
  • Ability to communicate laws, ordinances, plans, regulations, protocols, directives, and standard operating procedures related to project scope in English
  • Must have the ability to lift or manipulate 50 pounds to a height of 3 feet and carry or push it 50-100 feet
  • Must be able to regularly position self in a kneeling, crouching or crawling position for the purpose of examining project work
  • Must use independent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills to determine the best method to accomplish desired results
  • Applicants must be able to pass the Hoffman Drug and Alcohol test

Nice To Haves

  • Technical knowledge of construction quality programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage QAQC digital documentation, across multiple programs
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, as necessary, for the QAQC team and its partners
  • Interface with trade contractor management and personnel, driving to completion all documentation requirements
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, and paper copies (as necessary) for the QAQC team and its partners
