About The Position

Collaborative Development: Contribute to a team of cloud engineers, building and deploying robust solutions that advance our public cloud strategy. Automation: Identify and develop automation initiatives to improve processes related to data collection, analysis, and alerting within Observability systems, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering business value. Engineering Excellence: Contribute to defining and measuring success criteria for service availability, reliability, and performance within the Observability domain. You are a talented software engineer with a proven track record of hands-on development, a deep expertise in modern programming languages, and a passion for engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Software Engineering Expertise: A deep understanding of designing, developing, and operating scalable software solutions.
  • Experience with Python and Go for building backend services, data processing pipelines, and automation.
  • Programming Languages: Python, and Go.
  • Cloud Experience: experience developing and building in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP).
  • CI/CD: Terraform, Harness, Tekton, Jenkins, etc.
  • Testing Automation: JUnit, Pytest, Go testing frameworks, etc.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience evaluating complex requirements and rationalizing them into a consistent service offering.
  • Excellent communication: The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration: With a proven ability to effectively contribute within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
