About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Python Developer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our full-time team in the United States, where you will contribute to building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, supporting data-driven applications, and improving internal tools that power day-to-day business operations. As part of a collaborative engineering environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software solutions, while continuously enhancing code quality, system performance, and overall product stability through clean coding practices and structured development processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Python development experience
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals and object-oriented programming
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask
  • Basic experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
  • Experience using Git or other version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality software development

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using Python
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues
  • Work with SQL databases to design queries, manage data, and ensure integrity
  • Assist in deployment processes and environment configuration
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering discussions
  • Develop automation scripts to improve internal workflows
  • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to implement new features
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and enhancements
