Location The Job is located in Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Onsite Your Role We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer with foundational knowledge in Java or Scala and exposure to Apache Spark and Google Cloud Platform GCP This role is ideal for someone eager to build scalable data pipelines and grow in distributed data processing and cloud technologies
Requirements
- Good understanding of Java or Scala and Python programming
- Basic knowledge of Apache Spark Spark SQL DataFrames preferred
- Exposure to GCP services such as o DataProc o BigQuery o Cloud Storage
- Basic understanding of data streaming concepts
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- Basic understanding of CICD concepts
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills
