About The Position

The Demo Technician is a vital member of our sales and marketing team, serving as a direct extension of the PXG store and mobile fitting team within their assigned market. This role focuses on delivering a club-in-hand experience for golfers of all skill levels, in a variety of environments, while building strong connections to the PXG brand.

Requirements

• Strong passion for golf and deep familiarity with the game.
• Previous experience in the golf industry (golf course operations, retail, or simulator environment).
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Represent, promote, and protect the PXG brand at all activations, including fitting days, preview events, and educational sessions.
• Deliver hands-on product experiences at golf facilities, ensuring golfers experience PXG’s performance and innovation firsthand.
• Generate and share qualified sales leads with the sales team for timely follow-up and conversion.
• Communicate product updates, support new product launches, and deliver educational programs to accounts and consumers.
• Proactively resolve challenges, ensuring seamless execution and strong customer/account satisfaction.
• Understand customer and account needs to strengthen brand recognition and drive incremental sales.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge across the PXG portfolio.
• Manage and contribute to local market social media presence.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
