Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field .
• You possess a strong comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a changing environment .
• You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for collaborating effectively within a team .
• You have a high level of proficiency with Google Workspace .

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or previous experience in a professional office setting .

Responsibilities

• Partner with seasoned PX professionals to deliver tactical and strategic programs across the business .
• Spearhead compliance and training initiatives that add significant value to our global workforce .
• Engage directly with managers and employees to execute projects that drive organizational productivity .
• Own diverse PX operations tasks from concept to completion in a fast-paced, innovative environment .
