About The Position

Assist with all aspects of tasks associated within the Power Generation service department.

Requirements

  • Must obtain High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Know company policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlooks, etc.)
  • Must have ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives
  • Must meet goals and objectives set forth by company
  • Must conform to company policy and procedures
  • Must be dependable and be able to work independently
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
  • Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc.)
  • Must be attentive to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary tasks required for Service and aftermarket PSSR’s
  • Perform necessary tasks required for maintaining national account emails
  • Promote positive and professional relationships with all company personnel and between the service departments
  • Maintain PMA contracts
  • Assist centralized warranty group with customer/ vendor trackers and startup documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
