LL6 PVT R&Rs are embedded in the following Ford processes and procedures: FAP03-005 Current Model Concern Prioritization & Resolution, FAP07-004 Corrective and Preventive Actions, FAP02-053 Variability Reduction Team Procedure, FAP03-109 Concern Reporting, Part Modification, and Product Changes (pertaining to SREAs), FAP03-134 Vehicle Stop Ship or Vehicle Stop Build for Quality Reasons, and GQIP Global Quality Improvement Process. The PVT is technically aligned back to the Product Development Functions. The PVT Supervisor Job Function is to Analyze and Resolve quality issues. Description: LL6 PVT are part of the Vehicle Hardware Systems organization and are co-located in the Vehicle Assembly Plant with the vehicle production team. The PVT are the 'first line of defense' regarding Functional system quality for the products produced at the assembly plant.
