About The Position

The Pictsweet Company Distribution Center in Brownsville, TN is looking for a shift 2 Put Away Forklift Driver to place incoming product in correct locations. Successful candidates will have excellent attendance and strong work ethic.

Requirements

Must have basic mathematical skills and must be able to read letters and numbers.
Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (this includes weekends and holidays).
This position will be required to continuously work in a refrigerated dock and freezer, must be able to work in extreme cold conditions.

Nice To Haves

Previous forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely operates a forklift (stand-up reach truck).
Correctly sorts loads for proper counting.
Operates computer terminal and related devices accurately under assigned password.
Correctly scans and places pallets in the designated locations as directed.
Properly conducts the forklift inspection and completes forklift inspection sheet.
Responsible for cleaning freezer in assigned areas.
Consistently achieves required weekly productivity rate.
Trains in AIB & GMP procedures.
Follows safety procedures.
Maintains good attendance.
Wears required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Freezer suit, gloves, toboggan, safety boots)
