About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-time Purchasing Systems Specialist to join our Strategic Sourcing department at our Baptist Southbank location. This position has a Hybrid work schedule of four days in office and one day remote. Purchasing Systems Specialist responsibilities include:

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Data Entry/Clerical work within an ERP Software Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree
• 1-2 years Data Entry experience preferred
• EDI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Activities relating to the operations of the purchasing department
• Entering, filtering, sorting, and maintaining purchasing department data in Excel
• Creating reports required to support business models
