The Manager, Support Services is responsible for the direct supervision and training of the Support Services Housekeeping staff. This role ensures that all agency policies and procedures are followed while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across multiple agency locations. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, overseeing donation pickups, moves management, meeting and event setups, building and warehouse maintenance, and ensuring adequate coverage for support services across all sites. Additionally, this position contributes to the daily office routine by assisting with Support Services Assistants’ duties on a rotational basis and during staff absences. The Manager, Support Services is also responsible for generating summary reports on service levels and providing monthly reconciliation reports.
