Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering a network of reliable partners. Requirements

Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies
Experience in developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships
Understanding of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Good computer and phone skills for sending emails and talking with vendors
