We’re seeking a detail-driven and proactive Corporate Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic corporate administrative team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, services, and support across the organization. Working alongside accounting, payroll, fleet management, and administrative professionals, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with vendors, and takes pride in precision and organization. From managing purchase orders and inventory to supporting new office openings and field operations, your work will directly impact the success of teams across the company. You’ll leverage established systems and trusted vendor relationships to execute purchasing functions with accuracy and timeliness—while ensuring full compliance with company policies. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results will help uphold the high standards that define the Go Rentals experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2 years’ minimum purchasing and general office/administrative experience
  • Able to follow precise directives
  • Able to multitask with an advanced ability to prioritize business needs
  • Efficient in carrying out duties, responsibilities, and directives
  • Detail-oriented; able to ensure accuracy in duties and while carrying out responsibilities
  • Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic, changing/growing work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Highly experienced with organizational administrative systems
  • Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
  • Computer literate with advanced expertise in spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, internet, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing & Vendor Support Place orders for approved goods and services through established vendors and purchasing tools.
  • Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with approved vendor lists, pricing agreements, and purchasing policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal purchasing requests, guiding approved ordering processes.
  • Inventory & Asset Management Monitor inventory levels using company tools and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory records and support periodic audits.
  • Organize and oversee storage areas, ensuring accessibility and proper stock rotation.
  • Administrative & Financial Support Manage the reconciliation of purchases and corporate purchasing card statements.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide data entry and reporting support for purchasing activities as directed.
  • Operational Support Support purchasing needs for new office openings, field supplies, marketing materials, and other company functions.
  • Lead shipping, receiving, and distribution of purchased items.
  • Handle Corporate mail and shipping/receiving needs.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects requiring purchasing coordination.
