About The Position

In this dynamic leadership role, you'll supervise and mentor Weatherization and HVAC crews while overseeing installations, maintenance, and energy-efficient upgrades. You'll manage work orders, replacement equipment, inventory, and documentation-ensuring all projects meet federal, state, and agency standards, production goals, and compliance requirements. You'll also Lead and support program staff, subcontractors, and warehouse operations Oversee quality control and inspections, including Crisis Program work Coordinate client recruitment, outreach, and education efforts Maintain accurate records, inventories, and reporting across counties Train, coach, and develop staff in alignment with DOE requirements and the Utah Weatherization Field Guide Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, trust, and teamwork

Requirements

  • Experience in construction or weatherization programs
  • Prior supervisory experience with crews or technical staff
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and recordkeeping skills
  • Familiarity with weatherization products, tools, and inventory control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and comfort using software programs
  • Valid Utah driver's license and current insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol screening
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification
  • 2+ years of weatherization or supervisory experience
  • CDL or forklift certification
