Trove Brands is seeking a Purchasing Processing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth processing of orders for new physical items and product launches. As a Purchasing Processing Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing orders accurately and in a timely manner to support product launches. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to meet specific requirements and ensure that new product launches are successfully transitioned into mass production. Your role will involve creating and scheduling purchase orders with vendors, coordinating timelines to meet critical deadlines, and maintaining accurate item parts and bills of material for products. In addition to processing orders, you will assist the product development team with the setup of new SKUs, ensuring that all necessary information is correctly entered into the system. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices and proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys organizing tasks for clarity and efficiency, and who possesses a helpful and positive attitude.
