About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization
• Familiarity in inventory management, logistics, and contract management processes
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic supplier relationships
• Ability to analyze market data to inform purchasing decisions and cost reductions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier selection, evaluation, and onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards and service levels are met
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize inventory control and reduce excess stock
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay informed of industry trends
• Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements
