Position Summary The Purchasing Manager/Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of food ingredients, packaging, operating supplies, and other goods essential to supporting our restaurant operations and commissary production. This role requires someone with strong experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or food manufacturing industry, who understands ingredient sourcing, distributor relationships, and the operational realities of a multi-unit environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing vendors and costs while ensuring consistent product supply across multiple states.
