About The Position

Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/development (IDD) disabilities. Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Purchasing Manager to join our Finance team! The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the entire purchasing process, from requisition to payment, including receipt of proper documentation, to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policy, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Purchasing; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Purchasing; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Experience with purchase orders and/or purchasing contracts
  • Experience with D365 Financial System and Smartsheet
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to payment, including receipt of proper documentation, to ensure efficiency and audit readiness.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Purchasing team; review, monitor, and evaluate the work of the Purchasing team.
  • Develop and implement financial/purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and reconcile Purchase Order expenses for budgeting purposes.
