About The Position

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with the hotel's operational needs and budgetary constraints. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify purchasing needs, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels to support hotel operations. The Purchasing Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing purchasing strategies that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role.
