This role will involve managing, directing, and actively engaging in the planning, organization, supervision, and execution of comprehensive District-wide programs related to the procurement and warehousing of materials, equipment, and supplies. The candidate will review contracts and agreements while establishing purchasing policies and procedures for centralized purchasing operations. Additionally, they will provide technical support, guidance, and information to various departments on procurement-related matters, including the use of the District's specialized financial system. The candidate will ensure compliance with District policies and regulatory requirements across all service areas and undertake other related duties as assigned.
