Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
About The Position
StyleKorean Inc., operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd., is a global distributor of Korean beauty products, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands to international markets. We work closely with brand partners and global retail partners to bring high-quality K-Beauty products to consumers worldwide. As our U.S. operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our purchasing and inventory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient purchasing processes and supporting smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a global company environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
Responsibilities
- Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability
- Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
- Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records
- Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management
- Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed
