About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Certificates of insurance and general contractor licenses: Assists in the request and review of renewed certificates of insurance, ensuring alignment with company standards and inclusion of all required endorsements. Assists with the request of renewed general contractor licenses. Verifies documentation within SharePoint, applying requisite metadata for saved insurance certificates and contractor licenses. Assists with monitoring and responding to inbound communications in the designated mailbox relating to insurance certificates and contractor licensing documentation. Filing: Prepares and applies accurate labeling for physical and digital files. Provides support with filing purchase orders, contractual agreements, and other procurement-related documentation. Expedite Report: Assists in vendor follow-up efforts to confirm and expedite material deliveries per scheduled timelines. Assists in tracking turnaround orders, ensuring timely receipt of goods and materials. Other Purchasing duties: Supports Purchasing team members across a range of projects and assigned procurement activities. Assists with the organization and streamlining of existing purchasing records and documentation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must be enrolled as a full-time student with a sophomore or higher classification, at an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management program. Must be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised and able to make decisions. Must have strong organization and communication skills, maintain a professional attitude and demeanor. Ability to use MS Office, Excel, ShareFile, SharePoint, and other software as required.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student with a sophomore or higher classification, at an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management program.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised and able to make decisions.
  • Must have strong organization and communication skills, maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Ability to use MS Office, Excel, ShareFile, SharePoint, and other software as required.
  • Valid driver's license
