Learn more about us: sineathconstruction.com What You'll Do You'll be the connective thread between our clients, project managers, vendors, and field staff-making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projects Meeting with clients and subcontractors to clarify the scope and gather pricing Managing purchasing: issuing POs, ordering materials, and tracking delivery timelines Partnering with the estimating and selections team to keep budgets up to date Coordinating with the field team to share critical details before they're needed Scheduling site visits with vendors and subs, especially for renovation projects Reading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and solving design or constructability questions early Keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentation What You Bring We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who's fluent in the language of construction and loves building systems that work.
