The Purchasing Coordinator position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that values motivated and coachable individuals. This role is essential in ensuring that the procurement needs of the organization are met efficiently and effectively. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify procurement needs and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Your ability to negotiate contracts will be crucial in securing favorable terms for the company, ensuring that goods and services are delivered in a timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organization within two purchasing platforms, which will require strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will assist with order processing and perform data entry tasks to keep procurement records accurate and up-to-date. This position is structured as a six-month contract-to-hire, providing a unique opportunity to demonstrate your skills and potentially secure a permanent position within the company. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you will be required to be in the office daily.
