Purchasing Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Purchasing Coordinator for our corporate distribution office to support our team as the department continues to grow. This role as the Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for taking demand indicators and placing the appropriate purchase orders with the Approved suppliers and/or OEMs. These POs should be the result of analyzing demand forecasts, required lead times and the expected need date of the parts/equipment being ordered. Once ordered all PO's must be tracked and expected arrival dates should be proactively communicated to internal/external customers as to the arrival dates and other key information.
