Your role on the team: Create and Place Purchase Orders for Products and Services Audit Aging Reports and special Projects where necessary. Create existing process documentation and prepare control documentation- Flowcharts, policies, and procedures Maintain knowledge of Purchasing contracts, purchasing processes- Workflows and best practices Process invoices for AP and reconcile invoice discrepancies As required and assigned.
