About the position

These roles are crucial for ensuring accurate and timely entry of purchase orders and adherence to standard work procedures. Our team is currently undergoing an ERP implementation and requires assistance with a backlog of purchase orders that need to be entered.

Responsibilities

  • Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow standard work procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.
  • Multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Prior experience entering purchase orders or invoices.
  • Recent experience with Excel.
  • Experience using Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Any ERP experience.
