About The Position

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for ordering and assisting with managing inventory on a daily and weekly basis. They will also assist with month end inventories, receiving deliveries and shipping of packages. Duties also include daily tracking of all F&B credits, working with vendors, and Accounts Payable. This individual will frequently communicate efficiently and professionally with Hotel Managers, Chefs and Finance Department.

Requirements

  • Basic Accounting Experience
  • Computer Systems Knowledge; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight
  • Good communication skills required
  • Must present strong organizational skills
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Ability to evaluate food quality

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience preferred
