United Dairymen of Arizona (UDA) is a local, family-owned, dairy cooperative committed to serve the needs of our members, community, and customers by providing high quality milk and dairy products. As the only milk marketing co-op in the state, UDA oversees the production, processing, and marketing of Arizona’s finest milk products from farm to Retail in 48 hours or less. From sweet cream and butter to non-fat dry milk, UDA provides milk products to manufactures, like Kroger, Fairlife, Schreiber Foods and supermarket chains throughout the Grand Canyon State. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • General knowledge of mechanical equipment and parts
  • Requires the ability to read, hear, speak, comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions
  • High School Diploma or educational equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with equipment maintenance and/or purchasing
  • Customer (internal or external) service experience
  • Preferred experience with CMMS, ERP other similar maintenance/inventory management software such as MP2 and AS400
  • Previous forklift experience, and ability to become forklift certified

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts from vendors.
  • Check purchase orders against incoming parts.
  • Receive incoming inventory.
  • Label all incoming parts.
  • Complete cycle counts.
  • Oversee, balance and track Parts Room inventory levels.
  • Adhere to all SOP’s and HACCP guidelines.
  • Adhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity.
  • Other duties as required.
