Requirements

• Strong reading, writing, math, communicatons and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Data Entry, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and ablity to create charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Working in accounts payable environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter all receving date relating to all direct materials.
• Enter all receiving data relating to all indirect materials such as operating supplies, PPE, vaccines etc. used.
• Assist in all issues of direct materials to produciton.
• Develop and prepare charts and graphs showing dollar amount usage by department of indirect operating supplies and PPE.
• Develop and prepare charts and graphs showing dollar amount usage by department of direct materials.
• Communicate daily with purchasing agents showing status of inventory and costs.
• Manage and control all issues of indirect materials, operating supplies, PPT etc. to production.
• Develop daily reports for purchasing agents showign status of inventory and costs.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions,, Lockout Tag Out procedure and Process Safety Management.
