About The Position

PIPESTONE is seeking a Purchasing & Billing Coordinator to support our purchasing and accounting operations by ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2–3 years of relevant purchasing, billing, or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to uphold PIPESTONE’s core values at all times

Responsibilities

  • Review and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
  • Ensure accurate coding, dating, and timely entry of invoices into Sage
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment records
  • Assist with audits and internal reviews by providing documentation
  • Support accounts receivable functions as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across teams
