Requirements

• Supply Chain or related degree preferred, but not required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience for candidates with a degree
• 3+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience required if no degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues
• Support inventory management and track order status
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs
• Prepare reports and documentation related to purchasing activities
