Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems such as Aspire is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of accountability

Responsibilities

  • Run daily reports to identify new work tickets, issue tickets, and scheduling needs across all facilities
  • Assist with sourcing and purchasing materials to support weekly enhancement schedules
  • Generate purchase orders and process invoices to complete job packets
  • Track open orders, confirm delivery timelines, and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Communicate regularly with purchasing team members, vendors, sales teams, and production staff regarding progress and potential issues
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple daily tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Maintain and update vendor pricing annually or as changes occur
  • Support purchasing and organization of the Annual Color program
  • Complete assignments accurately and within established timelines
