Requirements

• Are a Team Player with a guest first attitude
• Have 1+ year kitchen purchasing experience
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs (with back brace) and work on feet 8 hours per day
• Have a passion for great food and great fun
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Checks in deliveries and verify goods received match invoices
• Assist Purchasing Manager with placing orders
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of walk-in coolers, freezer and dry storage
