In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management processes and be skilled in various inventory systems. Duties Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Utilize Acumatica and MRP systems for tracking inventory movements and reporting. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and procure necessary materials. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, supplier information, and pricing. Assist in the logistics of inventory distribution Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Support the supply chain team in implementing best practices for inventory management. Communicate effectively with various departments to forecast inventory needs. Experience Previous experience in supply chain management or logistics is preferred. Familiarity with Acumatica or similar inventory management systems is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with experience in supplier management. Knowledge of MRP processes and principles related to stock procurement. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
