Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with manufacturing (or OEM), FMCG, recognised Supply Chains
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Purchase order management experience

Responsibilities

• Raising & Managing Purchase Orders with our suppliers in accordance with EOS processes and procedures
• Order scheduling and rescheduling; liaising with our Suppliers and our Production Team to ensure orders are placed and prioritised with agreed due dates in accordance with EOS requirements
• Expediting orders with our key suppliers to ensure critical delivery dates are met
• Following up with suppliers about overdue Purchase Orders
• Managing and maintaining correct and up to date Purchase Order data in our ERP system
• Investigating and resolving identified discrepancies in purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock receipts and movements, as related to the purchasing function
• Keeping abreast of business priorities and actioning purchases accordingly.
