About The Position

As a Purchasing Agent, you will work closely with assigned maintenance bases to ensure they have the parts needed for a successful operation. Your primary responsibilities will include purchasing parts for maintenance bases, being responsible for aircraft on ground (AOG) and critical purchases, evaluating costs for consumable inventory, maintaining accurate purchase files, communicating with bases and vendors, and monitoring and expediting orders.

Requirements

• No previous airline experience needed
• Self-motivated
• Good communication and people skills
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team

Responsibilities

• Purchase parts for maintenance bases
