This is an In-Person position with operating hours of M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position will report directly to the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of purchasing experience

Responsibilities

• Run automated purchasing and order all parts/materials needed to fulfill job/stock requirements
• Verify pricing on purchase orders and match confirmations to PO’s
• Update the open PO dashboard on a daily basis
• Expedite all PO’s that are late and/or backordered, updated notes on the dashboard and notify the salesman in necessary
• Responsible for RMA’s when necessary
• Responsible for making sure proper documentation is on file for each vendor for things such as MSDS sheets, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.
• Meet with suppliers both new and current
• Receive quotes from suppliers
• Find new sourcing
• Help in Distribution/Receiving
• Other duties as assigned
