The Purchasing Specialist at Konter Quality Homes is responsible for managing the procurement process for materials and services essential for home construction projects. Review and assess supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction or homebuilding industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Purchase Order software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
