About The Position

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for the company's operations. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that all purchases are cost-effective, of high quality, and delivered on time. Have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Knowledge of market trends and supplier sourcing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in purchasing or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and services that meet the company’s quality and cost standards.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that purchased materials and equipment meet the company’s standards and specifications.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies with suppliers.
